Question 1

What conditions does NERI support with lifestyle medicine?

Accepted Answer

NERI provides doctor-supervised lifestyle care protocols for Hypothyroidism, PCOS/PCOD, Pre-Diabetes & Type-2 Diabetes (elevated HbA1c), Metabolic Weight Plateaus, and Grade 1/2 Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver (MASLD).

Question 2

Will I have to stop eating Indian home food like Roti and Rice?

Accepted Answer

No. NERI strictly avoids extreme crash diets or Western-style meal elimination. We teach evidence-based meal sequencing (fiber-first, protein-timed) and circadian eating windows that allow you to enjoy your traditional home meals while stabilizing postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels.

Question 3

How does at-home diagnostic blood testing work?

Accepted Answer

NERI partners with NABL-accredited diagnostic laboratory networks across 60+ Indian cities. A certified phlebotomist visits your home for morning fasting sample collection, and results are integrated directly into your doctor-curated protocol.

Question 4

Is NERI a replacement for my hospital or endocrinologist doctor?

Accepted Answer

NERI operates as a specialized lifestyle medicine companion that collaborates with and complements your existing medical treatments. Our clinical team works on diet, sleep, chronobiology, and daily habits to improve clinical biomarkers.

Question 5

What is the typical time frame to see measurable biomarker improvements?

Accepted Answer

Patients typically experience improved energy and reduced post-meal brain fog within 10 to 14 days. Measurable biomarker changes—such as reduction in fasting insulin, normalization of HbA1c, improved T3/T4 conversion, and liver enzyme reductions—are usually observed in re-tests at 60 to 90 days.
